Non Alcoholic Mojito
Mint, apple, lime and elderflower combine to create this refreshing mocktail Mojito, topped with Soda Water.

How to make
Press down with a muddler on 6 mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass to extract the juices and flavour.
Using a jigger, measure 30ml of apple juice, 20ml lime juice and 15ml elderflower cordial into a tall glass.
Fill the glass with crushed ice, and stir the drink with a bar spoon.
Top up the drink with 40ml Soda Water.
Place a sprig of mint at an angle against the rim of the glass to garnish.

Open in Covent Garden, The Schweppes Alchemy Bar will offer a menu of unconventional flavour pairings and cocktails spanning the periodic table, as well as the Schweppes Laboratory Experience, something extra special for guests looking to delve deeper into the science of cocktail making.

Our Sparkling
Schweppes Tonic Water began in 1783 as the world's original soft drink. Its founder, Jacob Schweppe, was drawn to the new art of carbonating beverages, so he refined and patented his own process of creating mineral water.
Customers referred to Schweppes as LIGHTNING IN A BOTTLE because it was the first bottle of its kind to retain carbonation.
Schweppes received a
Warrant of Appointment
in 1836 from King William IV of England, which significantly contributed to the popularity of the growing brand.
Schweppes was the official drink of the 1851 Great Exhibition held at the Crystal Palace in London. The event made such an impact that the fountain is still featured on the logo today.
In the 1950s Schweppshire advertising campaign, spokesman Commander Edward Whitehead coined
to describe the bright, effervescent quality of Schweppes.

The Best Drink in existence!
A moody drink to start which combines Cachaзa and Campari to an Aperitivo experience that caresses the palate.
I made this up whilst attempting a different cocktail. I had less ingredients than I thought, so I made this. It's an acquired taste, I think.
