When a spacecraft that vanished weeks earlier, suddenly reappears at Akbar, a team is dispatched to investigate the ship. The crew begins to explore the seemingly abandoned vessel. However, it soon becomes evident that something sinister resides in its corridors, and that the horrors that befell the ship's previous summer journey are still present.
This time around, the amazing Berlin duo DISCODROMO take the ship's helm for a ten hour haunted descent into madness with resident DJs CHRIS BOWEN & VICTOR RODRIGUEZ and support from Bears In Space regulars JAMES CERNE & STACY CHRISTINE.
Independent of one another, Giacomo Garavelloni and Giovanni Turco spent time in nightclubs though the 90s where they gained a deep understanding of house and techno. It was only a matter of time before they crossed paths, at which point they immediately realized they were in love, with music! Their combined passion and knowledge of myriad musical mutations was the perfect basis of their new DJ partnership. By 2008, the duo relocated to Berlin, and their stylistically diverse sets have led to bookings in a wide array of clubs: the infamous Panorama Bar in Berlin, Rex in Paris, Cielo in New York, ageHa in Tokyo and Sónar festival in Barcelona, to name a few.
Giacomo and Giovanni’s newfound surroundings also inspired them to start producing their own music together, which led to their debut 12” single “Cosmorama” on Internasjonal, the label owned by Prins Thomas (who also provided a remix of the track, later included on Optimo’s lauded Fabric52 mix CD). Since then they released 2 other records with Internasjonal and more productions and remixes on a variety of other labels like BPitch Control, Dissident and of course their own CockTail d’Amore Music.
In 2009 Discodromo have teamed up with Berghain resident DJ Boris to create CockTail d’Amore, a monthly party that’s become a fixture in Berlin’s gay scene and in 2011 the boys have expanded the venture into a record label as well. Most recently, CockTail d’Amore happens regularly also at Lux in Lisbon.
We've used up our lot party privileges for the year so this will be an inside party reminiscent of the original early days of Bears In Space.

Cocktail D’Amore toasts five years with new compilation
Music by Heatsick, Young Marco, Lord Of The Isles and more feature on the Berlin collective’s forthcoming compilation Nothing Matters When We’re Dancing.
Founded some five years ago by Italian pair Discodromo and Berghain resident DJ Boris, Cocktail D’Amore began life as a monthly party for the gay community in Berlin offering a place to take in music removed from the predominant techno pulse. In 2011, Cocktail D’Amore Music was inaugurated by a split 12″ sampler featuring contributions from Ichisan, Hard Ton and Bottin, blossoming to reflect the carefree vibe and musical policy of their parties. Having subsequently issued 12″s by Heatsick, Lord Of The Isles and Massimiliano Pagliara, Cocktail D’Amore Music has announced details of its most substantial release yet, celebrating its fifth anniversary.
Titled Nothing Matters When We’re Dancing, the forthcoming compilation has been put together by Discodromo, drawing from the same pool of artists that have helped establish the label, either via original compositions or remix commissions, as well as featuring some new names of equal profile. Set for release on triple vinyl, the 12-track compilation features all-new productions from the likes of Young Marco (pictured above), Black Deer (aka William Burnett), PAN’s poker faced mainstay Heatsick and Genius Of Time artist Dorisburg. There’s also space for some under-rated artists like Luv Jam and Forever Sound, whilst Discodromo contribute another collaboration with fellow Italian Massimiliano Pagliara.
Cocktail D’Amore Music will release Nothing Matters When We’re Dancing on October 27.

Where are my records?
We aim to dispatch the same day if orders are placed before 4pm Monday to Friday so anytime after this we can usually say that they are “on their way”. Depending on which delivery service you choose we may be able to track your records, please see shipping methods below.
Its been ages, I think my records are lost in the post – what now?
Sometimes packages do go missing. We have to allow a certain period of time for us to be able to consider items lost.
UK – 15 working days.
Overseas – 28 working days.
While these may seem excessive, we have known items to take this long and it is only after these periods have elapsed that we can claim for compensation.
Do you have a particular record in stock?
If you are able to add a record to your basket on the website then it is almost definitely in stock. Our website stock is shared with our physical shop and is updated constantly. However, sometimes things go missing or are sold in the shop at the same time as on our website. If we are unable to completely fulfil your order we will contact to let you know whether we might be able to source another copy of the record or whether we will have to adjust your order and payment.
