Always wanted to know how to make the best cocktails yourself, are you looking for an original idea for a bachelor party or business outing or just up for a great afternoon? We provide daily cocktail workshops, including a tour through our Cocktail & Genever Experience in the House of Bols.
Every day you can attend a half-hour cocktail workshop at 15:00 and 17:30. During this workshop you will learn how to make the most delicious cocktails and create 2 different cocktails yourself.
The tour takes about an hour and includes one cocktail in the revolutionary Mirror bar. If you want the workshop at 15:00, it is up to you to decide whether you want to do the House of Bols audio-tour before or after the workshop. In that case, make sure to arrive an hour before the workshop, or have an hour after the workshop to do the tour. Do you want to do the workshop at 17:30? Then you can only do the tour beforehand and you need to be at House of Bols one hour ahead of time.

Cocktail workshop
Is shaking the perfect cocktail something you always wanted to learn? This is your chance!
To prepare you for your Christmas and New Years party we are now hosting cocktail workshops at Chapter. Especially designed for smaller groups, ideally between 1 and 15 people, we offer you a chance to become the cocktail master at your own party!
This course is bookable every day, during our regular opening hours.
COCKTAILHOUR
For groups up to 100 people we offer a “cocktail hour”. The cocktail hour includes 2 cocktails + small bites for 35 € per person. Duration approximately 2 hours.
Would you like to have a bit bigger bites or are you interested in other beverages then cocktails? Don't hesitate to contact us. We would love to tailor your event!
The cocktail hour is bookable every day, during our regular opening hours.
Our cocktail hour is of course also adjustable for allergies or dietary restrictions like a vegan diet.
For groups from 2 to 40 people we offer a lunch from Tuesday to Friday starting between 11:00 and 14:00.. During the Christmas season this is also bookable on Saturdays between 13:00 and 15:00.
- One course (vegetable or protein) for 18€ per person. Dessert optional for 8€ per person.
- 3 courses for 29€ per person
All courses are served with a salad, grain porridge and our own sour dough bread!
Our lunch options are of course adjustable for allergies or dietary restrictions like a vegan diet.
For groups between 8 and 20 people we can host a semi-private tailored dinner in our wine room or cabinet. Besides our regular a la carte menu we offer the following lengths of menu:
- 5 course surprise menu à 49€ pp
- 7 course surprise menu à 69€ pp
- 10 course surprise menu à 84€ pp
Depending on the menu the duration of the dinner is between 2 and 4 hours. However, the table is yours all night so from our part there is no rush to leave.
Please let us know if you have any wishes for food and drinks. We would love to tailor the dinner for your group!
Our dinner options are of course adjustable for allergies or dietary restrictions like a vegan diet.

Description
REVELRY is hosting a two-hour cocktail workshop in our East Austin event space, right around the corner from East 6th.
We'll cover balancing flavor, infusing florals and herbs and incorporating impressive garnishes. The instructor will also cover selecting the appropriate glassware. In between shop talk, we'll make three cocktails featuring these ingredients.
You'll leave with your own sample of infused liquor, along with cocktail recipes. As usual with all of our cocktail workshops, light bites will be served!

These comprise of a two hour cocktail making class with one of our specially trained bartenders taking the role as teacher.‘Students’ are talked through the tools of the bartender, free-pouring skills, history of cocktails, how to be an efficient bartender and detailed information on spirits, not forgetting the opportunity to make (and drink!) your own creations of new and classic cocktails. All clinics are ended with a quiz and a prize to really test your knowledge. Costs vary depending on the size of group starting from £35 per person.

For larger groups and corporate customers, we have a range of great ice-breakers and pre-dinner activities for you.
One of our favourites is where we invite you to ‘Star behind our Bar’. Delegates will race against each other to make a chosen cocktail in the fastest possible time. scores are recorded on a magnetic score board (à la Top Gear) with the fastest mixologist presented with a cocktail shaker set.

Cocktail workshop
A cocktail workshop for a company outing, birthday or just to start your weekend. We love to customize a workshop, master class or demonstration to your preference. Contact us for more information or look underneath for inspiration.
We provide cocktail workshops throughout the whole week. From 15.00 till 21.00 (Friday/Saturday till 20.00)
Everybody starts with a good glass of cucumber water to relax the taste buds. After that we serve you a nice welcoming cocktail to get you in the mood. While drinking something delicious everybody is going to make 2 cocktails individual in groups under guidance of our bartenders.
Every group is unique, so we will adjust the cocktails that will be made to your preferences.
Costs: 35€ including TAX.
Duration: depends on the size of the group.

Spirit tasting
Learn all about your favourite spirits
Learn to recognize quality in spirits. Learn more about the background of your favorite category. Endulge deeply in your favourite drink with for instance a wodka, gin or rum tasting. Or start by learning what your favourite drink is with a tasting of different spirits.
Time: depends on size of the group
Amount of spirits: minimum of 5 tastes
Suitable for: groups of friends, teambuilding, smaller groups

On request we can serve matching snacks or a cocktail based on your favorite spirit.
All our cocktail workshops include a shaker or mixologist and all ingredients and materials. There’s a 6 person minimum. All workshops are bookable based on availability of our staff.

Always wanted to be a cocktail bartender and learn how to make cocktails in the comfort of your own home? This is you’re opportunity! Join one of my cocktail workshops. A fun and interactive way to bond with friends, family and colleagues. Perfect for bachelor or bachelorette parties, a birthday celebration or a simple get together. In a hour and a half my bartenders will take you on a journey through the cocktail world. You will get the opportunity to jump behind a professional bar, make your own cocktails and of course enjoy your creations. Learn about the history of cocktails, cocktail making methods, cocktail recipes and how to free pour. During the workshop you will get 2, or 4, cocktails, a shooter and some bites.
- Breakaway Bartender : 4 cocktails, a shooter and some snacks for € 33,50 per person.
Will keep you busy for 2.5 hours
Takes about an hour and a half.
The days in which we give the workshop are on Thursday and Saturday until 18:00. If you want to do a workshop on another day of the week or time, this is also possible on request.
To do a cocktail workshop you have to have a minimum of 5 people and maximum of 20 people.
Reservations
