Cool also, dass Bilou nun neben der neuen Sorte Coco Cocktail auch drei Bodysprays auf den Markt bringt für 3,95 Euro / 150 ml, die eben gleichzeitig ein Deo und ein Bodyspray sein sollen. Neben der neuen Kokosnusssorte gibt es auch Fizzy Berry und Tasty Donut.

We take our inspiration for fragrances from all that is delicious and fun.

bilou is developed with lots of “love & passion” and produced in Germany. The aerosol can provides very hygienic packaging, protecting the shower cream, and thus making it last longer - 24 months to be exact.

The can is also 100% recyclable.

An extra creamy shower experience - taking a shower

with bilou shower foam is lots of fun. The super creamy foam is very easy to work all over the skin, providing

gentle skin and body care.

Of course, we are also very conscious of the ingredients that we use.

Our cans do not contain any parabens, silicones, mineral oil or animal ingredients – bilou is 100% vegan. Aloe vera, almond and avocado oil ensure gentle skin and body care – that’s why we have a Dermatest rating of “excellent”. We’ve thought long and hard about the ingredients that we use and have put our heart and soul into creating a fantastic product!

At bilou, we do not use any ingredients derived from animals and our products are 100% vegan. That means that all bilou products are suitable for vegans without exception, and the brand has even been added to the PETA positive list. Naturally,

we would never support animal testing; thankfully, such tests are

now subject to an overall ban in accordance with Article 18 of the

EU Cosmetics Regulation.

Bibi (bibisbeautypalace) has been publishing regular videos about beauty since 2012. In 2014, this young woman from Cologne

decided to develop her own beauty product with her boyfriend Julian. The creative agency Philosophy Brands GmbH of

Heidelberg proved to be the right partner for Bibi when it came to overall product development and design of bilou products.

From this, the bilou team developed – constantly striving for extraordinary new products.

Who and what is behind bilou products?

Bibi (BibisBeautyPalace) always dreamed of creating something of her own in the beauty care world. So Bibi began looking for suitable partners and indeed she found them: in April 2014, the first creative meeting between Bibi & Julian, Anja (Philosophy Brands GmbH) and Timo (KITE UG) took place. In February 2015, these four founded a company together in order to market Bibi’s products – nuwena GmbH (nuwena GmbH).

Why did Bibi want to develop her own product?

“I really love working with different beauty products, as you can see from my videos. I wanted to offer my

fans something really unique with my own product. As I especially love shower gels, it quickly became clear to

me that it would be a shower product. Although there have always been lots of great products, there was always something missing for me, either the fragrance went away too quickly and was dull, or the lather wasn’t

creamy enough. That’s why we developed an extra-creamy shower foam with mega unique fragrances

which are just sooo much fun."

Did Bibi develop the product completely by herself?

Of course, Bibi didn’t do it all by herself в˜є. For a shower foam to go from an idea to actually being used “

in the shower”, various steps are necessary, e.g.: decisions on product characteristics, selection and briefing

of the production partners & perfume oil manufacturers, development of the product name and product design, adhering to various legal regulations and much more. Throughout this process, Bibi and Julian had great

support from Anja and her team (Philosophy Brands GmbH).

What is the difference compared with other shower gels?

bilou is creamier

Compared with other shower gels, bilou shower foams are much creamier. The white foam is super soft

and is very easy to work all over the skin; a completely different experience from a gel.

Our fragrance varieties are also very special. We develop fragrances for bilou products which have

never been encountered before. We have come up with all of our fragrances ourselves and developed

them in direct collaborations with perfumers, who have perfectly transformed the extraordinary

fragrances we imagined into reality.

Of course, we also ensured that our products contain good ingredients: we selected the ingredients for bilou with a great deal of love and care. This is clear from the excellent levels of skin compatibility – that’s why we received the Dermatest grading “very good”.

What is the difference between the creamy shower foam and the caring cream foam?

The difference between the shower foam and the caring cream foam is that the shower foam is for cleansing the body in the shower and the caring cream foam (foam lotion) is intended to care for the skin after the shower.

I have very sensitive skin. Can I use bilou products without any problems?

Why is bilou Cherry Blossom only available for a short period?

We want to bring spring back into the bathroom for you and that’s why we went for the romantic cherry blossom season. As let’s be honest: the sweet fragrance of freshly blossomed flowers and the buzzing of bees – that would put anyone in a great mood in the shower or in the bath.

Why are bilou products vegan?

At bilou, we do not use any ingredients derived from animals and our products are 100% vegan. That means that all bilou products are suitable for vegans without exception and the brand has even been added to the positive PETA list. Naturally, we would never support animal testing; such tests are now subject to an overall ban in accordance with Article 18 of the EU Cosmetics Regulation.

Can you eat bilou products?

No! Even if the products smell sooo good, please don’t eat them. bilou shower foams are cosmetic products which cannot be eaten.

What happens if I have accidentally sprayed too much foam out of the can?

Well, it’s not possible to put it back into the can, but now you have even more of our great shower foam and you can simply enjoy it. But please do ensure that you rinse the shower foam away thoroughly afterwards. Don’t worry, the dreamy fragrance won’t go away в˜є.

How long can I use my bilou product for?

The aerosol can protects our shower foam really well, making it last longer compared with shower gels. When unopened, the product can therefore last up to three years and even after opening, bilou can be used for 24 months. You will find information about this on the can.

Where are bilou products produced?

In southern Germany. Quality and sustainability are of course part of our philosophy. Of course, we selected our suppliers personally and with the utmost care. We consciously decided to select mid-sized family businesses which would manufacture our products with the greatest care according to our requirements.

Why is the bilou can smaller than other 200В ml aerosol cans?

There are various systems which ensure that the foam comes out of the can. We consciously decided to

go for an aerosol which used as few materials as possible. That’s why our bilou can is smaller, despite

containing the same amount

Ich mag die Duschschäume von bilou auch sehr! Die neuen Sorten habe ich aber noch nicht gesehen, hängt wahrscheinlich auch damit zusammen, dass ich schon länger nicht im DM war :D Ich muss da mal wieder vorbei schauen!

Oh toll, da bin ich ja mal gespannt auf die neuen Schätze. Bei mir dauert es immer etwas länger bis sie hier ankommen.

Ich mag die Bilou Duschschäume auch total :) Muss mich unbedingt nach diesen Sorten umsehen :)

Ich habe sie noch immer nicht ausprobiert. Allerdings hatte ich letztens einen Duschschaum von Dresdner Essenz und den fand ich klasse. *-*

Neue bilou Duschschäume - Coco Cocktail & Pink Melon

Juhu - es gibt wieder Neuigkeiten von bilou, nämlich zwei neue Duschschäume - Coco Cocktail und Pink Melon! BibisBeautyPalace, auch bekannt unter dem Namen Bianca Heinicke oder Bibi H., hat vor einiger Zeit ihre eigene Marke auf den Markt gebracht, nämlich bilou. Seitdem warten ihre Fans auf weitere Neuheiten. Bisher gab es schon viele verschiedene Duschschäume, aber auch Schaumlotionen konnten ihre Fans begeistern.

Besonders Coco Cocktail passt perfekt zur Sommerzeit, aber auch Pink Melon kann sich sehen lassen. Wer liebt denn keine erfrischenden Wassermelonen?

Übrigens finde ich es etwas schade, dass wieder ein Wassermelonenduft auf den Markt gekommen ist. Vor bereits einem Jahr gab es die Sorte Splashy Melon. Zwar riechen beide Duschschäume unterschiedlich, aber eine andere Sorte hätte ich besser gefunden.

Das klingt ja nach tollen Sommerduschgels. Muss ich unbedingt mal testen gehen. Vor allem Coco Cocktail kann ich schon irgendwie riechen allein vom Lesen. Danke für den Tip :-)

Die Melone habe ich auch schon ausprobiert und finde sie toll. Hast du schon Zuckerwatte getestet?

Coco Cocktail werde ich mir wohl auch holen.

Oh weia ich wollte doch keine Duschsachen mehr kaufen xD Aber ich werde wohl doch mal an beiden schnuppern und sicher eins mitnehmen *lach*. Stehe ja so auf Kokos und auch Melone, so schön sommerlich =)

Das Pink Melon habe ich auch ^^. Ich mag diese ganz gerne Mal, aber finde sie Preislich schon etwas hoch. Man sollte hier unbedingt darauf achten, wenn sie im Angebot sind. Die Minidosen kosten ja auch Teilweise das doppelte. Schöne Vorstellung deiner Seits.

Diese Duschschäume riechen wirklich lecker, allerdings sind sie auch echt teuer! Aber den Fans ist das mit Sicherheit ziemlich egal.

Da ich aber nicht so ein Bibi Fan bin, werde ich mir die Produkte nicht kaufen.

So einen Duschschaum muss ich wirklich mal probieren. Als Allergietrine würde ich mich über Inhaltsstoffangaben sehr freuen.

Bei dem Namen Pink Melon hätte ich auch nicht an einen Mix aus Himbeeren und Melone gedacht, aber vermutlich erklärt das das pink im Namen^^

Mhhh die Sorten hören sich total super an :) Ich hatte bisher noch keine Duschschäume von Bilou aber Coco Cocktail muss ich unbedingt mal schnuppern :)

Ich habe einen Duschschaum bis jetzt ausprobiert. Der Geruch war leider überhaupt nicht mein Fall, viel zu künstlich, v.a. der Vanilleanteil war zu hoch.

Noch habe ich sie nicht entdeckt aber da ich ein rießen Kokosnuss-Fan bin und schon seit einiger Zeit nur mer mit Duschschaum dusche werde ich mir zumindest Coco Cocktail auf jeden Fall holen!

Ich habe noch nichts davon ausprobiert, die Sorten hören sich aber auf jeden Fall gut an :)

Ich muss zugeben, ich habe noch kein einziges Bilou-Produkt (je gehabt).

Ich weiß weder wie sie riechen noch wie sie sich anfühlen.

Aber von der Optik sind sie sooooo schön!

Kokos riecht so toll! Ja das stimmt Melone, ein anderer Duft wäre besser gewesen. :-)

Bilou 2in1 bodysprays

A new brand has hit the beauty market, and i’ve got to say i’m kind of in love. When I kindly get send products I usually always try them out fully before forming my opinion (or featuring them on my blog) but to be totally honest I took one sniff of these and did a little squeal of delight! It’s safe to say i’ve been smelling like fizzy berries a whole lot recently.

Bilou is a new brand that have come out with 3 different products; shower foams, cream foams (body moisturisers) and these 2in1 body sprays which i’ve been trying out. I really like their 2in1 concept, it seems like such an obvious product to make but I can’t remember seeing anything quite like these on the beauty market. As well as making you smell great they also claim to reduce that tight feeling your skin can have if its dry. I definitely think these body sprays have some great ingredients in as when I spritz them onto my arms they do feel softer!

As with most body sprays, these have a much more diluted fragrance than a perfume would. I wouldn’t expect to smell these on myself all day but I really don’t mind that as a lot of the time I would choose these over wearing proper perfume which to me a lot of the time is very headache inducing! I did also want to mention that the actual scents of these are lovely and don’t smell very artificial but they do actually smell like what it says on the bottle.

If you are intrigued to try these out then Bilou is now being stocked in Superdrug in the UK and all of the products are £3.99 each. I’d totally suggest going in and having a sniff if I were you..

I really hope this brand expands their product range as I would love to see what else they could make with these amazing scents.
