Make like a Manhattan socialite with this classy cocktail. Chill the glasses in the freezer beforehand for an ice-cold tipple à la Sex and the City.

Ingredients

35ml/1½fl oz vodka
15ml/½fl oz orange liqueur
squeeze fresh lime juice
25ml/1fl oz cranberry juice
twist orange peel, to garnish

Place the vodka, orange liqueur, lime juice and cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake hard and then strain into a coupe glass or small Martini glass.

Hold the piece of orange peel over the glass and carefully flame with a match. Garnish the cocktail with the flamed orange peel and serve.

2 oz. white peach puree

1 oz. ginger-infused simple syrup

Silver sugar beads

To make the peach puree, peel a peach and put it in a blender for about 10-15 seconds.

To make the ginger syrup, bring half a cup of water and half a cup of sugar to a boil in a small saucepan.

Throw in some fresh chopped ginger.

Reduce, and stir until the mixture thickens.

Strain out the ginger and let the syrup cool to room temperature

Now, in a mixing glass, combine the peach puree, the ginger syrup, the lemon juice and the vodka; shake.

Strain into a martini glass rimmed with the sanding sugar. (If you can't find sanding sugar in the baking aisle of your supermarket, substitute a small candy, like Nerds, crushed into powder.)

Drop the silver sugar beads in the bottom of the glass for more "bling."

½ oz. St-Germain (at most liquor stores)

1 Tbsp. strawberry jam

Champagne for float

In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients except champagne.

Shake and strain into a champagne glass, then top with a splash of bubbles.

1 ½ oz. blood orange puree

½ oz. pear liqueur

2 cashes blood orange bitters (at liquor stores; if you can't find blood orange bitters, regular bitters will do)

Edible candy straw (or a Twizzler)

In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients and shake.

Strain into a highball and garnish with candy straw.

1 oz. Lillet Blanc (at most liquor stores. Can't find it? Substitute a sweet wine, like Riesling.)

2 oz. Pinot Noir

In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients other than wine.

Shake and strain into a highball filled with ice.

Float the wine on top so the drink is layered.

5 sour cherries in their juice

In a mixing glass, muddle the cherries with the honey and lemon.

Add bourbon and shake.

Strain into a rocks glass with ice.

½ oz. grapefruit juice

½ oz. simple syrup

2 dashes cherry bitters (Or fresh cherries, chopped)

1 oz. cherry liqueur

In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients and shake.
